The catalog is fully customizable per building, so the management team can ask any question that matters to them — notifications per month, reservations per month, packages per day, visitors by floor, late check-ins on weekends — and get the answer in a clean, board-ready format. What used to be a guessing game at the annual meeting becomes a calm conversation backed by numbers, tuned to how this building actually operates.
From the staff console, the team runs any report on demand with the parameters it requires — typically a start and end date, but any input the report needs is supported. Each result can be inspected as a table for line-by-line review or as a chart for at-a-glance trends, switched with a single tap. The same data is downloadable as CSV for follow-up work in any spreadsheet. Reports are organised into groups chosen by the building — notifications, reservations, deliveries, vehicles, requests, or any other group the property defines — and there’s a Run all in this group view that fires every report at once for a quick operational dashboard.
For staff and operations, the impact is practical decisions backed by evidence. Reservation patterns highlight amenities that are over- or under-used; delivery volumes flag when the package room is filling up; activity reports show where time is really being spent. When a board member asks a new question, the answer can be added to the catalog and kept — once defined, available forever.
