Temporary Stays
Renting out your unit on Airbnb, Booking.com, or any short-term platform? Temporary Stays let owners register a guest’s visit and open the building’s services to them for exactly the length of their stay — no permanent account, no lingering access after checkout.
Once a temporary stay is registered, the guest receives a text message or email with everything they need to get started. From there, they can reach the building the same way residents do: through the branded app, or through Miri on WhatsApp for guests who’d rather not install anything. Either way, they can request services from staff, submit maintenance requests, or book amenities — a massage, the pool, the gym — just like any resident would.
For owners and management, access is scoped to the stay’s dates: it opens automatically when the stay begins and closes when it ends, so there’s never a manual step to remember and never lingering access once the guest has checked out. For staff, a temporary guest shows up in the same operational workflows as any resident request — nothing new to learn, just a guest to take care of.
