Mirigi’s Cameras feature brings shared spaces into the same app residents already use for messages, deliveries and amenity bookings — no separate surveillance tool, no extra login, no learning curve. Each camera lives as its own page inside the building’s concierge, one tap away from everything else that matters.
Mirigi connects to the IP cameras already installed in the building. It handles both continuous video streams and auto-refreshing still images that update on a configurable interval, keeping the feature usable on older browsers and low-bandwidth connections that cannot sustain a live stream. Each camera page picks the right view automatically for the resident’s device — phone, tablet, lobby terminal — so the experience stays smooth without any manual setup.
Buildings can publish as many camera pages as needed — pool-cam, beach-cam, lobby-cam, parking entrance, playroom — each configured independently with its own name and ordering. A per-device visibility rule lets the building hide a camera on screens where streaming is not appropriate, such as very low-power in-unit panels, while phones, tablets and computers retain full access.
Cameras live alongside every other page in the building’s concierge, sharing the same navigation, look and feel as deliveries, messages and amenity bookings — no extra app to install, no separate credentials, no surveillance UI to learn.
