Valet Parking
Mirigi’s valet parking turns one of a building’s most visible services into a signature moment. Residents request their car from the phone or tablet before they step out of the apartment, then watch the request advance in real time and receive a notification the instant the vehicle is waiting at the entrance. No phone calls, no curbside guessing, no awkward small talk at the door: just a quiet, hotel-grade arrival every time.
For residents, every registered vehicle appears on screen the moment it has been parked, ready to be summoned with a tap. Visitors get the same premium treatment with zero friction: no app, no account. As soon as their car is parked, Mirigi sends an SMS with a personal link and shows an on-screen QR code as a backup. When the visitor is ready to leave, they tap the link, scan the QR, or simply show the physical ticket, and the valet team is notified instantly. A second SMS goes out automatically the moment the car is staged at the ramp.
Behind the scenes, Mirigi replaces paper logs with a clean digital workflow. An AI camera watches the arrival lane: the moment a car approaches, it reads the license plate and captures arrival photos automatically, creating the vehicle’s record before a valet ever touches a keyboard; staff simply pick the car up from the live queue and park it. Every vehicle flows through a clear set of states (to park, parked, requested, ready and delivered), all visible in a single order queue sorted by request time, with plate and photos already attached to the vehicle’s history, the definitive answer to any later scratch or dent complaint.
If a requested vehicle is not picked up within a configurable window, Mirigi automatically flips its state to waiting to repark and notifies the resident that the car has been returned to the garage. The delivery area stays clear, the valet always knows what to do, and management gets a complete audit trail of garage activity to staff peak hours correctly.
