The platform speaks the building’s language from day one, shipping with English and Spanish resident and staff interfaces and AI-assisted translation helpers that let staff draft notifications and content in additional locales such as Portuguese and Russian. Administrators maintain rich Markdown content pages — house rules, welcome guides, FAQs, building information — with per-language versions and configurable visibility, while a built-in messaging center delivers announcements and notifications with unread tracking and real-time updates. Versioned terms and conditions with explicit acceptance tracking, AI drafting helpers for staff communications, and administrative reports with CSV export round out the day-to-day operational toolkit.
Identity and reach are equally flexible. Each building can launch its own branded mobile app, choose from a library of ready-made visual skins or commission a bespoke theme, and extend the same UI to lobby kiosks and concierge tablets through a companion app with brightness and launcher-mode controls. Residents and staff are reached through mobile push, email and SMS, sensitive staff operations are protected by two-factor authentication, and a standards-based secure API opens the door to approved third-party integrations. Unit groups, finely scoped staff roles, a guest access portal and an optional weather panel complete a platform engineered to bend to the building, not the other way around.
