Mirigi is not a one-size-fits-all app — it is a platform that wears your building’s identity. Every deployment is themed at the property level, from color palette and typography to icons, textures and logos, applied consistently across resident and staff interfaces on desktop, tablet, phone and in-unit touchscreens. Bespoke skins already exist for properties such as Jade Signature, Jade Beach, Avenue 89, Gryphon House, Fifteen Fifteen, Loma Verde and Montalbán, and new skins can be commissioned to match any developer’s design language. When a presence on the Apple App Store and Google Play is desired, Mirigi can publish a building-branded mobile app carrying your name and graphic identity — a recognizable icon on residents’ phones and a marketing asset that signals cutting-edge convenience to prospective tenants and buyers.
Under the surface, each building runs on its own dedicated configuration: a unique hostname such as yourbuilding.mirigi.com, display name, time zone, contact details and supported languages. A per-building settings store drives dozens of operational parameters — date and time formats, email sender domain, image-upload limits, valet ramp timers, notification sounds and reminder intervals — so every property behaves exactly the way its team and residents expect. The homepage itself is assembled from a configurable set of modules — Messages, Deliveries, Reservable Amenities, Valet, Concierge, Maintenance, Weather, custom information pages and custom request forms — each enabled, ordered and titled per building, with dedicated layouts for every screen size. Reservable amenities are defined property by property with their own schedules, lead times and booking rules.
Localization, communications and access are equally malleable. Resident-facing interfaces are fully translatable, and additional languages can be enabled on request — translation files are first-class assets in Mirigi, so any locale a property needs can be onboarded. Notification templates for deliveries, valet, reservations, maintenance and account events are editable per event and per locale, with placeholders for resident name, unit number, dates and vehicle details, so messages always sound like they come from your property. A role system scoped to building and unit gives residents, guests, staff and administrators precisely the access they need, while custom pages and request forms let each property surface the services, rules and contacts that matter to its community.
