Mirigi’s delivery tracking gives residents and staff a complete, auditable view of every parcel that enters the building, from the moment the courier hands it over to the final signature at the resident’s door. No more refreshing carrier apps, no more lost packages in a back room, no more guesswork at the front desk. It is a single, shared source of truth for the entire building.
For residents, Mirigi sends a real-time notification the moment a package is registered at reception, with the key details at hand: courier, tracking numbers, sender, and the storage room holding it. Residents can browse their delivery history with clear statuses — Stored, Delivered, Returned — and open any item to see its complete event timeline along with attached photos or signature proof. Miri proactively answers the question every resident asks: did my package arrive, and where is it now.
For staff, the system covers the full lifecycle: receive a delivery while capturing courier, tracking numbers, sender, addressee and storage room; move it between storage rooms; store it; deliver it to the resident; or return it to the sender with a documented note. Batch operations let the concierge process many packages at once, delivering or moving a whole cart in a single confirmed action.
At handover, Mirigi captures a signature on the signature pad and attaches a photo of the package or drop-off location, producing tamper-evident proof of delivery. Every event is timestamped and bound to the delivery record, giving the building a clear chain of custody and residents visual confirmation of how and where their packages were delivered.
