Each amenity is configured as its own reservable group with rules that match how the building actually operates. Administrators set weekly opening hours and per-date overrides for holidays, choose slot lengths, define minimum lead time and how far in advance residents may book, cap reservations per unit per day, and decide whether back-to-back bookings or all-day reservations are allowed. Party rooms, courts and staff-only spaces each follow their own logic, and a color code keeps them easy to read on the calendar.
When an amenity carries a usage fee, the charge posts automatically to the reserving unit’s account on confirmation, with optional weekend, holiday or peak-hour pricing flowing straight into the building’s accounting ledger.
